Congress Introduction
The 8th National Wound Repair (Healing) and Tissue Regeneration Academic Conference is held in Guangzhou pear river hotel from Aug.30th to Sep.1st in 2012 which hosted by the Chinese Medical Association traumatology branch organization prosthetics organization and the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University and Medical trauma branch of Guangdong province and First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.The new progress and achievement in wound repair and tissue regeneration of China in recent years be discussed in this conference.This conference included academician forum, expert lectures, excellent papers report, congress communication and so on. its content related to the basic research and clinical treatment of wound repair, tissue regeneration area innovation theory and the transformation application of key technology.

Professor Lu Shuliang( who come from Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine, is also vice-chairman of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association) presided over the opening ceremony. Professor Fu Xiaobing (come from The General Hospital of Chinese People's Lieration Army, who is Chinese Academy of Engineering and the chairman of Traumatology branch of the committee of Chinese Medical Association)delivered the opening speech. Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor Wang Zhengguo of Third Military Medical University and Professor Huang Li of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University give congratulation respectively. Domestic and foreign famous experts and delegates from all over the country who have a joyous gathering and discussion.
